At Career Day, our mission is to support Black & Latinx students and professionals in finding career paths that will lead to meaningful futures. We accomplish this by providing transparency and access to career paths and job opportunities in industries that have historically lacked diverse representation.

Career Day’s vision is to decrease inequities in the workforce by ensuring Black & Latinx communities have equal access to professional and economic opportunities. We envision a working population where individuals across all ethnic, gendered, and classed backgrounds are represented.
